Letter from the Editor

Spring Edition

I hope everyone is enjoying the extra daylight in the evening and the warmer weather – I know I am.

When you visit this edition of Currents, you’ll notice something different! We are excited to share our new look with you!

Working on this redesign has been a big project for our team for quite some time now. The new site is more photo-oriented, colourful and very user friendly. I would also like to take a moment to introduce you to our newest team member, James Cornish. He is our Web Developer / Designer, and he has been one of the key players behind the design of the new Currents site.

In this edition, you will read about our talented staff, Joanne Soper-Cook and Tom Adams. You’ll also read about alumna, Karly Barker, Linda Brown; and Sub C Imaging; and, another delicious recipe for your cookbook – a chowder from one of our amazing chefs, Roger Andrews!

I really appreciate everyone taking their time to share their stories with me, so that I can, in turn, share them with you. I hope you all have a great summer.

I look forward to sharing more stories with you in September. Until then, if you have a story idea, or perhaps you would like to contribute something to Currents, please let me know! I can be reached at Ryanne.mcisaac@cna.nl.ca.

Take care,

Ryanne
